The Gulf of America Design

On January 20, 2025, Executive Order 14172 gave the great gulf between Florida and Texas its American name, and February 9, 2025 was the first Gulf of America Day. Our Premium design marks it like an old sea chart: Old Glory flying over a nautical seal with a compass rose inside a laid rope, “GULF OF AMERICA” in engraved capitals and “Renamed 2025” between the chart coordinates. It suits the boat, the bar and the beach house, on tees, hoodies, rope caps, canvas, doormats and glassware.

The artwork. Our own waters, charted: Old Glory flying from a staff planted on the rim of a nautical seal, with a sixteen-point compass rose inside a degree ring and a laid rope, “GULF OF AMERICA” engraved round the top and “RENAMED 2025” between the chart coordinates 25°N and 90°W. Executive Order 14172 of January 20, 2025 gave the gulf its American name, and February 9, 2025 was proclaimed the first Gulf of America Day; in Old Glory red, white and blue.
