The We the People Design
“We the People” are the first three words of the Constitution of the United States, signed at Philadelphia on September 17, 1787. Our design sets them in a heavy blackletter hand like the engrossed parchment, under thirteen stars and over a band of the flag. It is a reminder that the government answers to the governed, on a shirt, a flag, a poster or a mug.
