Who we are

Memberships and goods are sold by Dark Pools AI Corporation, a Delaware corporation, trading as PatriotMurica. Contact: support@patriotmurica.com.

What we collect

• When you buy or join. PayPal or Shopify, whichever you pay with, shares your name, email address and, for goods and printed member cards, your shipping address. We keep the order or membership details: what you bought, the amount, the date and your membership tier and status, and for an order placed while signed in, your account and any member price it got. We never receive your card or bank details.
• Your account. If you sign in, your email address, your username, a salted hash of your password if you set one (never the password itself), which Google or Apple account you linked, when you signed in and your email preferences. We keep you signed in with a single cookie; it is not used for tracking or advertising.
• The Members’ Forum. The topics, messages, votes and reports you post, with your username and membership badge, which other members see. Staff moderate the forum: they can remove posts and suspend accounts that break the forum standards. When you delete a message, members see only “Message deleted”, but we keep its text so staff can review reports about it.
• Your member profile and follows. Other members see your profile: your username, the display name and bio you choose to add, your membership badge, your state and county chapter, the month you joined, how many members follow you and whom you follow, and the forum topics you started. They never see your email address, the name on your membership or your payment details. You can leave the members directory in Settings; members you follow, or who follow you, still see you. Whom you follow is stored so members can follow each other and so you can message the members who follow you. When you block a member, the follows between you end.
• Private messages. What members write to each other, when it was sent or edited, which messages each of you has read (to show “Seen”), and the blocks, mutes and reports you make. Only the two members in a conversation can read it, and other members see only your username. Staff do not read conversations: when a message is reported, staff see that message and up to three messages either side of it to decide whether it breaks our standards, and every staff action is logged. A message you delete disappears for both of you at once and its text is erased 30 days later; messages removed by staff are erased on the same schedule; reports are deleted 180 days after they are resolved. Messages travel over encrypted connections but are not end-to-end encrypted, and we never sell them or use them for advertising.
• Live streams. When you go live, your video and audio go to Cloudflare Stream, which delivers them to the members watching. Members see your username, membership badge, the stream’s title and description and when it ran; everyone else sees only the title and times. Streams from the browser are not recorded. Streams sent from streaming software (such as OBS) are recorded so members can replay them for 30 days, after which the recording is deleted; staff may delete it sooner. A stream’s chat is part of the Members’ Forum and is kept like any forum post. We count how many members are watching but keep no list of who watched. Hosts must keep the live standards and have the consent of anyone who appears; staff may end or remove any stream and suspend hosting.
• In your browser. Your cart is kept in your browser’s local storage, and your order confirmation in session storage for that tab. Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag also use cookies (see “Analytics and advertising” below).
• Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Patriots Love

Patriots Love is an optional part of membership where single members, 18 and older, meet for friendship, dating or marriage. Nothing about it is collected unless you join.

• What you give us. Your first name; your birth month and year, used only to work out the age we show; your state and, if you like, your city; whether you are a man or a woman, whom you are looking for and the ages you are looking for; whether you hope for friendship, dating or marriage; your faith, how important it is to you and how often you go to church; your political views and how important shared politics is to you; whether you have or want children; what you write about yourself and your answers to prompts; and up to three photos.
• Sensitive details, only with your consent. Your faith, your political views and what you are looking for in a relationship are sensitive. We collect them only with the explicit consent you give when you join, and we record when you gave it. We use them only to show your profile to other Patriots Love members and to match and filter profiles there, never to build political or voter profiles, never for advertising, and we never share them with campaigns, parties or anyone outside PatriotMurica.
• Who sees your profile. Only other members who have joined Patriots Love, while both your profile and theirs are active and your preferences fit, one of you has liked the other, or you are matched. They see your first name, your age (never your birth date), your place, your answers and your approved photos, never your email address, your full name or your payment details. Your username is shown only to the members you match with, so you can message each other. Members who have not joined, visitors and search engines never see Patriots Love profiles. Staff see them only to review photos and reports.
• Photos. Photos are stored privately and are never at a public address: they load only for Patriots Love members who can see your profile, for you and for staff. We remove location data and other hidden details from every photo. Staff review each photo before members see it; a photo staff turn down is deleted at once.
• Likes, matches and messages. We keep whom you like and pass on, and your matches, to show your feed, your likes and your matches. Patriot and Heritage members can see who likes them; Digital members see how many do. Matches message each other in Messages, which follows the private-messages rules above.
• Safety. We keep the reports you make and reports about you for staff to review, and delete them 180 days after they are resolved. If staff suspend a member, the members matched with them are told that a match was removed. If you give a birth date under 18, Patriots Love closes to your account until staff reopen it.
• Pausing and deleting. Pausing hides your profile at once. Deleting it, in the member app, erases your profile, photos, likes and passes at once and ends your matches; your conversations in Messages stay, under the Messages rules. We keep only what safety needs: reports, a suspension if there is one, and a note that a conversation was closed by an unmatch or a block, so that it stays closed. Deleted data leaves our backups within 30 days. If your membership ends, your profile is hidden until you renew.

How we use it

To fulfil your order, provide and renew your membership, mail your member card, answer your questions, and keep the business records the law requires.

Analytics and advertising

With your permission, we use Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag, which set cookies and similar identifiers in your browser. They tell us how many people visit, which pages and products they view, what they add to the cart and buy, and which of our ads brought them here, so we can improve the site and pay only for ads that work. Google receives your IP address, browser details and the pages you visit, and processes them under its own privacy policy. When you buy, Google receives the order reference, the items and the total, never your name, address or card details: PayPal or Shopify handles payment, and we never see your card. When PayPal or Shopify confirms a payment, our server may report that same purchase to Google Analytics itself, with the random identifier Google Analytics set in your browser, so a purchase finished on Shopify’s checkout is counted even if you don’t return to our site. Sign-in links and member card codes are kept out of what Google receives.

To stop Google Analytics, install Google’s opt-out browser add-on. To turn off personalized Google ads, visit Google’s ad settings. You can also choose Decline or reopen Privacy settings in the footer. Our server reports purchases only when an analytics choice and its browser identifier were saved at checkout. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable measurement. The site works without analytics cookies.

Google Customer Reviews

After a completed Shop order, you may choose to open Google’s optional survey invitation. That action shares your email, order reference, delivery country and estimated delivery date with Google. You can decline the survey. Our public store widget displays Google’s store information and collects aggregate widget views and clicks.

What we never do

• We do not build political or voter profiles from what you read, save or buy.
• We do not use the faith or political views on a Patriots Love profile for anything but showing and matching profiles in Patriots Love.
• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not share it with campaigns, parties or political committees.
• We do not send you anything you have not opted in to, apart from receipts and notices about your order or membership.

Who processes it for us

PayPal and Shopify process payments under their own privacy statements. If you sign in with Google or Apple, they tell us your email address and name. Cloudflare hosts the site and our records, sends our emails (sign-in links, receipts and shipping notices), and delivers live streams and stores their recordings. Printful and Gooten make and ship Shop orders and receive your name, shipping address and email to deliver them. Shipping carriers receive your name and address when an order ships. Each uses the information only to provide its service. Google provides the analytics and advertising measurement described above, under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Order and membership records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires business records to be kept, then deleted. Forum posts stay up while the forum runs, and deleted or removed posts are kept for moderation. Ask us and we will erase your posts and account, except what the law requires us to keep.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to support@patriotmurica.com. We will delete what the law does not require us to keep.

Age

You must be 18 or older to buy goods or a membership, and to join Patriots Love.
