Who you are buying from

Memberships and goods are sold by Dark Pools AI Corporation, a Delaware corporation, trading as PatriotMurica. Contact: support@patriotmurica.com.

What we sell

We sell monthly memberships and PatriotMurica Shop goods. Both are commercial purchases. They are not donations, they are not tax-deductible, and they are not contributions to any candidate, party or political committee. PatriotMurica does not accept political contributions.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by PayPal, when you pay with PayPal, or by Shopify Payments on Shopify’s secure checkout, when you pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay; we never receive your card or bank details. You are charged when you place an order or join. Prices include no sales tax unless it is shown at checkout.

Memberships

• A membership is billed monthly and renews automatically each month at the price then in effect until you cancel.
• We will tell you about any price change at least 30 days before it applies to your renewal.
• You can cancel at any time. A membership paid with PayPal: in your member portal, in your PayPal account (Settings, Payments, Manage automatic payments) or by writing to support@patriotmurica.com. A membership paid by card is billed by Shopify: in your Shopify customer account at account.patriotmurica.com (Subscriptions), or by writing to us. Cancelling stops future renewals; your membership continues to the end of the month you have paid for.
• If you cancel within 14 days of first joining, we will refund your first payment in full on request.
• Every membership includes a digital member card. Printed cards are ordered separately, as set out below.
• The member card is a membership card. It is not government identification.

Printed member cards

• While your membership is in good standing you can order a printed member card in your member portal. Each card costs $7.95 for printing and $4.95 for shipping, and the total is shown before you pay. Printing is included on the first printed card of a Patriot or Heritage membership, so that card costs only the shipping. Replacement and additional cards cost printing and shipping for every member.
• Patriot and Heritage memberships that began before printed cards were sold separately keep their first printed card at no charge, shipping included.
• We print the card with the name and member number on your membership and mail it to the U.S. address you choose in PayPal. We mail it within 30 days of your order; if we cannot, we will tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund. Your member portal shows the day it was mailed.
• If your card arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within 30 days of receiving it. If it has not arrived 30 days after the day it was mailed, tell us too. Either way we will print and mail a new card at no charge, or refund the card in full if you prefer. See Shipping & Returns.
• Each card is printed for you, so we do not refund a card for a change of mind. Cancelling or changing your membership does not refund a card order; a printed card, like the digital one, confirms your membership only while it is active.

Patriots Love

• Patriots Love, where single members meet for friendship, dating or marriage, comes with every membership at no extra charge. It is for members 18 or older who are single: never married, divorced or widowed, and not married, separated or in a relationship. Joining is optional. When you join you confirm your age and that you are single, agree to the Patriots Love standards, and consent to share your profile with other Patriots Love members.
• Digital members can like up to 20 members a day and see how many members like them. Patriot and Heritage members see who likes them and have no daily limit on likes, subject to fair use of up to 300 a day. Heritage members’ profiles carry the gold Heritage look.
• PATRIOTMURICA DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS OR IDENTITY VERIFICATION OF PATRIOTS LOVE MEMBERS. We do not vouch for what members say about themselves, and we do not arrange or guarantee matches, meetings or relationships. You are responsible for your own conduct and safety: read the safety tips before you meet anyone, and never send money to someone you met online.
• You may not use Patriots Love to ask for money, gifts or investments, to sell, recruit or raise funds, or to harass anyone. Staff may turn down or remove photos and suspend Patriots Love profiles that break the standards. A suspension from Patriots Love does not change your membership or its price; serious or repeated breaches may also lead to a ban from the forum and messages.
• You can pause or delete your Patriots Love profile at any time in the member app. If your membership ends, your profile is hidden until you renew.

Shop orders

We confirm your order on screen. Paid with PayPal, we also email you a confirmation and PayPal emails your receipt; paid by card, Shopify emails your receipt. Goods are made to order by our production partners, Printful and, for Premium goods, Gooten, and shipped from their facilities. If an item turns out to be unavailable or was listed at a clearly wrong price, we will tell you and refund you in full. Because goods are made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns; we replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong and are reported within 30 days of delivery. Member prices

Members signed in to their account pay member prices at the Shop: Patriot members pay 10% less than the listed price, and Heritage members pay 15% less and get free shipping on every Shop order. A member price never goes below the lowest price we sell an item for, so a few items are discounted by less, or not at all. The product page and checkout show your price before you pay. Member prices apply while your membership is active or paid up, and not to orders placed while signed out.

Your information

We use the name, email and address PayPal or Shopify shares with us only to fulfil your order or membership. See the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you buy applies to that purchase, and renewals follow the terms in effect on the renewal date.
