Lake Ontario, whose U.S. federal name became Lake America by Executive Order 14422 of August 27, 2026, charted like its sister the Gulf: a lighthouse on its pier with Old Glory flying beside it and waves rolling in, inside a laid rope, with “LAKE AMERICA” engraved round the top and “RENAMED 2026” between the chart coordinates 43°42′N and 77°54′W.
