This Drill, Baby, Drill woven blanket features a vintage oil-derrick badge reading “Drill, Baby, Drill · American Energy · Since 1859”. The design is woven into a 50″ × 60″ jacquard cotton throw with fringed edges.
American energy, lettered like a 1950s oil-company sign: a lattice derrick rising out of a half sunburst over a nameplate reading “SINCE 1859” (the first commercial U.S. oil well, Titusville, Pennsylvania), “DRILL, BABY, DRILL” in a heavy vintage slab, and an “AMERICAN ENERGY” ribbon. In Old Glory red, white and blue.
